He is an expert in Innovation and Management in Public Administration and has taught legal and economic subjects in secondary schools for many years. Since 2004, Cipolla has been the Administrative Director of the Alessandro Scarlatti Conservatory of Music in Palermo, where he is responsible for the institute's administrative management. He has also held similar positions at other conservatories, such as the L. Marenzio Conservatory in Brescia and the A. Scontrino Conservatory in Trapani, always serving as Administrative Director. As part of the Music4D project, he handles formal communications with the Ministry of Universities and Research (MUR), defines actions concerning project partners, and oversees the management of critical issues reported by the Management Group.
