Roberto Matteo Cuccia is a lecturer and trainer in monitoring and evaluation theory and methodology in public programming. He currently serves as Coordinator of International Programming at the “Alessandro Scarlatti” State Conservatory in Palermo and as Head of the RUP Support Office for the MUSIC4D project. A development economist with over a decade of experience in applied economics, he has worked in both Italy and abroad for public development agencies at national, regional, and local levels. Cuccia is a dedicated professional who combines a strong appreciation for the value of art and education with high-level expertise in project planning and international cooperation.
