With over 20 years of experience in consulting and project management, he specializes in organizational design, process analysis and reengineering, management systems, human resources development, and reporting for publicly funded projects.
He has led initiatives for central and regional public administrations as well as private enterprises. He holds a degree in Economics and Business, a MBA (Master in Business Administration), and is certified in Prince2 Agile project management methodology. He has worked with top multinational firms such as Deloitte and EY. Today, he is the Project Manager at Concresco Srl, where he oversees financial communications and provides administrative support for the MUSIC4D project.
